Hand this to a room of kids and it assigns costumes in thirty seconds flat, with none of the four-way argument about who gets to be the popular one. It doubles as a sketch prompt, and as a way to hand each trivia team a hero to defend as the strongest. Forty-five names drawn from both major universes and a few outside them, all of them characters somebody at the table will recognise. This is not the deep-cut list, deliberately.
