Retrospective Prompts

30 items

Retros go stale in about four sprints, at which point the team surfaces the same four grievances and nobody expects anything to change. A different framing each time is the whole fix. Ask "what did we get lucky with" and you get honesty that "what went badly" never produces. Thirty prompts here, mixing the reflective with the uncomfortable. Facilitators should draw two and run them as a pair rather than working through a list.
