Team building earns its reputation honestly: most of it is compulsory fun invented by someone who is not attending. The filter applied here was whether an ordinary sceptical adult would participate without visible suffering, which rules out trust falls and anything requiring a costume. Thirty-five activities, most under thirty minutes, roughly half workable over a video call. Draw one for the end of a long session rather than the start: people commit more when the work is already done.
