Workshop Warm-Ups

25 items

A workshop is decided in its first ten minutes. If the room has not spoken by then, the quiet ones will not speak at all and the loud ones will own the day. Draw a warm-up and run it before the agenda, not after the introductions. The aim is simply to get every voice into the room once, cheaply. Twenty-five options scaled from four people to forty. Facilitators running multi-day sessions should draw fresh each morning rather than repeating a favourite.
