Tennis Drills

30 items

Two people booking a court almost always rally aimlessly for an hour, which is enjoyable and improves nothing in particular. Draw three drills and structure the session around them. Thirty drills spanning groundstrokes, serving, volleys and movement, most workable with two players and a basket of balls. Coaches can build a full session from four. The footwork drills are the ones everybody skips and the ones that decide matches.
